| This is AU!Nero. He is a clone of Dante much like Trish was a clone of Eva. Only he was made by the Order to revive the Savior -- sacrificial lamb to bring about the dawn of peace by having demons kill everyone that did not believe in what they were preaching. Makes sense in theory. Additionally, Kyrie was one of the people who was experimented on by Agnus -- she was a boss battle for Nero and he ended up killing her even though he tried to spare her life. Afterward, Dante took him back to the shop as he couldn't very well leave him there in a suicidally depressed state. Right, Dante? End backstory.
